Real Madrid ready to defy Cristiano Ronaldo and sign this superstar

April 15, 2017 by Catherine Kingswan 1 Comment

REAL MADRID are reportedly ready to defy Cristiano Ronaldo and sign Chelsea star Eden Hazard.

Hazard has been regularly linked with a move to Real Madrid this season.

The Belgium international’s performances have helped Chelsea move seven points clear of Tottenham at the top of the Premier League table.

He has netted 14 goals and recorded six assists – seeing him nominated for the Player of the Year award as a result.

Reports earlier this month claimed Cristiano Ronaldo was ready to quit Madrid should they pursue the Chelsea star.

But Spanish outlet Diario Gol claims Zinedine Zidane and Florentino Perez are determined to bring him to the Bernabeu anyway.

It is said that, despite being linked with moves for Juventus’ Paulo Dybala and Monaco’s teenage sensation Kylian Mbappe, Hazard is Madrid’s No 1 target.

Ronaldo feels the 26-year-old would pose a threat to his status as club talisman.

Real are on the lookout for a Galactico amid Karim Benzema’s erratic form.

Benzema has struggled this season and Arsenal are said to be keeping tabs on him ahead of a summer move.

In my opinion, Cristiano Ronaldo has the opportunity to be the best striker of all times. He’s doing extremely well even in UCL, and probably will win even this year with his teammates of Real Madrid.
